We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Tel Aviv, Israel and play a key role in leading our hiring efforts across the organization. This is an individual contributor role, owning all hiring activities in Israel. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions
– partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to deliver a high-quality hiring experience. What you’ll be doing: * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer * Handle multiple roles in parallel across different functions * Partner closely with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles * Source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience * Lead structured interview processes and provide guidance to stakeholders on hiring decisions * Serve as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities in Israel * Coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires in Israel * Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate experience What we’re looking for: * Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (MUST) * Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment * Experience hiring for a variety of roles (e.g., Sales, Operations, etc.) – preferred * Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership * A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail *This position requires on-site availability; Tel Aviv, Israel
