The Role You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients — sourcing, screening, and placing Data & AI professionals in outsourced positions across our enterprise client portfolio. You'll work closely with hiring managers on both sides: our clients and our internal team. The Mission: "Impossible Intelligence" Robotic Imaging has spent years digitizing the physical world for 7-Eleven, Kroger, and the world’s largest enterprise portfolios. Now, we are building the "Brain." We are creating Impossible Intelligence: an Enterprise OS that ingests messy reality (surveys, PDFs, maintenance logs, work orders, digital twin imaging) and turns it into a predictive, automated "Knowledge Graph" of the built world. Our team is growing (5 engineers and counting), and I (the CTO) am looking for a Senior Founding Engineer to build alongside me in Tel Aviv. You will be a cornerstone of our technical execution. You will live in the code and build the systems that power our global enterprise clients. The Challenge: Building the "Brain" We aren't playing with drones and LiDAR today (that’s coming). Right now, the "Impossible Intelligence" challenge is a massive data and logic problem. * The Inputs: Messy surveys, historical maintenance logs, disparate work orders, and complex imaging. * The Goal: Build the engine that ingests this data and spits out "Impossible Intelligence"—predictive replacements, pricing, and a perfect digital record of a 1,000-store portfolio. * The Scale: You’ll be building systems that manage thousands of high-value physical assets for household-name enterprises. What You Will Do * Execute: You will take architectural designs and translate them into robust, scalable, and elegant backend services. * Deep Code Ownership: You will own major modules of the "Impossible Intelligence" engine. You aren't just "fixing bugs"; you are building core company infrastructure. * Rapid Prototyping: We move fast. You’ll be responsible for taking an idea from a whiteboard session to a production-ready feature in record time. * Performance Engineering: As our data grows, you will ensure our systems remain lightning-fast, optimizing queries and data flows across the stack. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain surveillance on a rating portfolio of about 15 credits * Perform credit analysis to understand and identify key factors affecting credit ratings using S&P Global Ratings criteria * Lead new transaction and issuer ratings analysis, delivering outcomes in a timely and insightful manner * Develop and maintain understanding of industry trends and issues * Present findings and opinions to credit rating committees * Interact with senior management of issuers to obtain information for credit rating decisions * Prepare materials for publication on S&P Global Ratings portal (rating reports, press releases, commentaries) What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: * Solid credit analysis experience with corporate, audit firm, or credit institutions. An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have minimum 4 years of analytical work experience in the financial services industry. * Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts * Detail-oriented with accuracy in figures and ability to meet deadlines while resolving analytical challenges * Hebrew (native speaker) and English (strong written/oral communication) * Degree in relevant business field; Master's degree desirable Additional Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced corporate credit analysis experience with ability to provide professional guidance * Proven ability to manage conflicting analytical priorities while delivering high-quality assessments * Strong presentation skills with ability to interpret complex credit information for diverse audiences * Experience identifying opportunities for analytical process improvement and innovation All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
