We are looking for a team player Production Planner to join our Operations department in Rehovot. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the production schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Analyze production capacity and optimize resources to improve efficiency. * Track and evaluate resource and material needs for production. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Integration, Engineering, QA, and Procurement. * Develop capacity simulations and identify potential production bottlenecks. * Establish standard time mechanisms, validate production data, and analyze labor costs. * Assess and improve the effectiveness of the production process. Requirements: * B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Practical Engineer also considered). * 2+ years of experience in PP&C/ Production Planner- must * High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. * Experience with ERP systems (MRP module focus)- must * High proficiency in English (written and spoken). * Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
