We are looking for a Head of PPC (HOM- Head of Marketing) to join our team.
The PPC manager will lead the strategic planning and daily execution of acquisition marketing activities, including a team focused on top of funnel customer acquisition, PPC , Social SEO, email marketing, as well as owning the overall customer treatment from their initial awareness of the Brand, into the considerations funnel, and through to conversion
• Lead a team of high-performing marketers by setting strategy, developing KPI accountability, and building a strong Team.
• Own the marketing acquisition P&L, set budget, control spend, and allocate spend to drive strong growth
• Oversee the execution of all PPC campaigns to lower cost, increase click through, etc.
• Focus on ongoing success of affiliate program.
• Develop remarketing strategies to target potential customers and bring them back for conversion
• Work with email marketing lead to ensure effective treatment of customers through list segmentation/automation
• Manage in-house SEO strategy to ensure strong organic search traffic growth
Key Job Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of extensive experience driving growth and user acquisition via PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display Marketing.
2. A strong professional background in acquisition marketing with a focus on PPC & SEO
3. Outstanding individual and team performer with excellent track record of driving success.
