Job Description join a small and well-established high-tech company with globally deployed products, Advancing the sales of multi-disciplinary equipment. You will initiate the sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management with OEMs and Far-East customers. The role includes selling capital equipment, while meeting annual sales targets. Areas of Responsibility * Develop and execute a sales strategy. * Manage the full sales cycle – from identifying the opportunity to closing the deal. * Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers together with OEMs and end customers. * Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and match solutions to customer needs. * Lead commercial and legal negotiations while coordinating engineering and finance. * Collaborate with procurement bodies. * Prepare sales forecasts, provide status reports, and manage the order backlog. * Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and professional events. Position Requirements * 5+ years of experience in sales technological highly technical equipment-based products. * Deep familiarity with working with Tier1 global high-tech companies. * Strong knowledge of procurement processes. * Proven ability to conduct complex negotiations with strategic customers. * Ability to deliver presentations and write professional documents and produce marketing materials. * Significant Engineering background.
