Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Manager to lead the worldwide sales strategy and execution for Cyfox products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the EDR, Multi-tenant XDR, Mail Security, MDR products suite and a proven track record in global sales leadership. They will oversee key MSSP accounts management, and drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Sales Strategy & Leadership * Develop with the leadership and implement a global sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue for Cyfox products. * Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry. * Establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics. * Market Development & Key Account Management * Build strong relationships with key customers and partners across diverse regions. * Lead negotiations, create proposals, and close high-value deals with enterprise clients. * Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth areas and customer needs. * Team Management & Collaboration * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and representatives across different territories. * Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. * Organize training sessions to improve team knowledge of Cyfox products and sales techniques. * Performance Tracking & Reporting * Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports on global sales activity to senior management. * Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance the Cyfox offering. * Sales Strategy & Leadership * Develop with the leadership and implement a global sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue for Cyfox products. * Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry. * Establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics. ________________________________________ Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred. Experience * Minimum8-10 years of global sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role. * Prior expertise with Cyfox products or similar technologies is highly desirable.
