• Aliyah populations. This role involves coordinating a full schedule of webinars, open forums, and special virtual events that help guide and support Olim throughout their Aliyah journey. The ideal candidate is organized, tech
• savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects while collaborating with staff, presenters, and external partners. You’ll oversee scheduling, logistics, communication, and the technical backend of live events to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for participants. This position requires a flexible schedule. Approximately 50% of the work can be completed during standard Israel business hours, while the remaining 50% will take place in the evenings to align with North American time zones and live webinar programming.
