Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Financial Planning, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves overseeing financial planning processes, analyzing financial performance data, and developing strategic business and budget plans. Responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, conducting detailed financial analysis, and providing insights to guide decision-making. The Head of Financial Planning will work closely with leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications * Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting * Proven skills in Business Planning and Analytical Thinking * Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and its applications in organizational strategy * Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities * Relevant experience in managing financial operations for large or complex projects * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar preferred) * Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Fluency in Hebrew and proficiency in English
