Head of Revenue Operations Directing Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Operations Full-time | Tel Aviv Wiply is a fast-growing international tech company transforming brand engagement through AI-powered interactive advergaming platforms. We work with global brands and strategic partners across Israel, the US, Mexico, Japan and beyond. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-facing Director of Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Operations to work directly under the COO and take ownership of our full post-lead revenue pipeline. This is a high-impact operational leadership role responsible for ensuring that every lead, partner, and client moves smoothly from first contact to signed agreement and long-term success. Role Overview You will own and manage the full lifecycle: Lead → Demo → Platform Creation → Agreement → Ongoing Client Management This role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Pipeline Management * Manage and categorize hundreds of inbound leads * Own and optimize our CRM (Monday.com) pipeline * Ensure accurate tracking, follow-ups, and zero deal leakage * Move opportunities efficiently across all stages Demo & Platform Creation Oversight * Coordinate with internal designers to create customized demo platforms * Manage design timelines, priorities, and budgets * Ensure fast turnaround and high-quality delivery * Align demos with client expectations and strategic goals Client & Partner Relationship Management * Act as primary operational point of contact for clients and B2B partners * Manage both local and international accounts * Maintain continuous, professional communication across time zones * Provide onboarding, training, and implementation support * Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention Strategic Partner Enablement * Support agencies and enterprise partners selling Wiply solutions * Oversee onboarding and integration processes * Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Internal Alignment & Reporting * Provide management with pipeline visibility and performance updates * Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational gaps * Create structure and improve processes where needed Requirements * Fluent or Native English – written and spoken (mandatory) * 3+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations (preferably in SaaS or tech) * Proven experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com advantage) * Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills * Experience working with international clients * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented * Ability to manage budgets and internal teams * Proactive, ownership-driven mindset Nice to Have * Experience in B2B SaaS startups * Experience managing agency or enterprise partnerships * Familiarity with digital marketing, adtech, or engagement platforms * Experience working with global markets (US, LATAM, Asia) What We Offer * A strategic, high-impact role working directly with the COO * Exposure to international clients and partnerships * Fast-growing tech environment with real ownership * Opportunity to grow into senior revenue leadership over time * Collaborative and ambitious team culture
