Senior User Acquisition Manager A fast-growing performance marketing agency is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join its Tel Aviv-based team. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize large-scale user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat * Analyze campaign data to improve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) * Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance campaign performance * Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new opportunities for growth * Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution * Oversee budgets and ensure efficient media spend while achieving revenue and growth goals Requirements * 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing * Proven success managing high-budget campaigns for international brands * Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) * Advanced analytical skills with experience in attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * High-level proficiency in English (written & spoken) * Experience working with agile methodologies
