Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a User Acquisition Manager, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The User Acquisition Manager will focus on driving customer acquisition strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns, and optimizing marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign management from planning to execution, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with the brand's goals. Qualifications * Strong expertise in user Acquisition at least 3 years * Proficiency in Performance Marketing and Campaign Management * deep knowledge in Meta ads + Google ads * worked in the past in a saas product in the areas of b2b / b2c / b2b2smb * worked in AI niche company * Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making * Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively * Experience with marketing analytics tools and performance tracking * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment * Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred * Experience in user acquisition within a tech or startup environment is a plus
