Key Responsibilities: Proactively recruit new companies from scratch, including outbound work with cold leads Identify relevant contacts and lead proactive outreach (phone / email / meetings) Schedule and conduct sales meetings, primarily remotely Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, manage negotiations, and close deals Manage the full sales pipeline: follow
• ups, documentation, and data optimization in the CRM Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success team Work based on defined sales targets Requirements Must
• Have: At least 2 years of experience in sales roles such as Sales Manager / SDR / B2B Ability to lead a sales process end

• end High verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with various seniority levels Strong problem
