Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end customer orders from receipt to fulfillment * Enter orders into the system, process credits, track progress, verify accuracy, and complete data * Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Warehouse * Work with ERP systems and coordinate processes across different business units Requirement * Previous experience in a similar role or operational position within a large organization
