Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Sales Manager specializing in Rooms, Events, and Conferences at InterContinental David Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include managing and growing room, event, and conference sales, developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event planning and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications At least two years of prior experience in a similar role within hospitality, business tourism, or events. In-depth familiarity with the groups and conferences segment in hotels – significant advantage. Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory. Strong negotiation skills, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Office applications and Opera system (advantage). Sales-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for full-time work with flexibility.
