Company Description RAFT is pioneering ultra‑low‑latency global data connectivity using advanced HF Radio technology. As we scale our network internationally, we are expanding our work with government regulators, licensing authorities, and local partners across multiple continents. We’re looking for an experienced, autonomous, and resourceful professional to lead this effort. About the Role In this position
– from RAFT's Tel Aviv office, you will drive RAFT’s international regulatory and business development activities related to our HF Radio operations. You will engage directly with government bodies, licensing organizations, and local project teams to help establish new RAFT points‑of‑presence worldwide, as well as support business initiatives and trials. Your work will include:
• Managing dialogue with regulatory and licensing bodies in multiple countries
• Coordinating with local law firms, regulatory consultants, and telecom project groups
• Supporting early‑stage deployment processes, including legal groundwork, land‑site leasing, equipment certifications, and initial compliance steps
• Developing relationships with local partners and teams who help accelerate our expansion
• Supporting both the regulatory and business development tracks as we open new territories
• Take part in initiatives and pilots RAFT runs Position Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings:
• 10+ years of international business experience in a technology‑driven environment
• Understanding of the telecom or connectivity space (advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in business supporting roles e.g., project management, business development, contractual/agreements
• Strong capabilities in navigating complex business processes
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail, creativity, problem‑solving, and independence
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across time zones
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for productivity, automation, and knowledge management
• Ability to travel internationally ~2 times per year About You You are someone who thrives in uncharted territory.
