• house experience), and a strong background in the tech industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s day

• day legal operations, handling a broad range of commercial matters, while also advising on general corporate, privacy, and other compliance issues. This position requires a business
• oriented mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a high
• growth, global environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including partnerships, technology and SaaS agreements, marketing and vendor agreements, and other business
• related contracts and documents. Provide ongoing legal support and practical advice to internal stakeholders across multiple functions and departments (Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.). Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, privacy/data protection, and employment
• related issues. Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments globally (including the US, EU, and other key jurisdictions), and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
