About The Position: We are looking for looking for experienced Training, and Installation Specialist to join our team! you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' facilities. This position offers great challenges and has a direct impact on the final business result and growth opportunities. It is a unique opportunity to join our organization, combining your technology focus and inter-human skills to support our customer base. What you’ll be doing: * Traveling to our customers, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing or upgrading all Autosoft products. * You will help our customers optimize their operations with on-site training and follow-up visits. * You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits. * You should be a self-started that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our strong core values. Requirements: * General experience in control systems. * Troubleshooting attitude and focus on correct working practices. * Your initiative, your team spirit and time management abilities enable you to deal with multiple priorities in a timely and proactive manner. * Fluent in Hebrew. * Driving license. * a big plus
