Shopeaks is a rapidly growing startup transforming how lifestyle brands convert social and marketing traffic into revenue. We create dynamic, AI-powered Instant Stores that boost conversion rates for top-tier global Shopify brands. We are just getting started! We are looking for a growth account manager to own our sales pipeline. Turn inbound leads into demos, nurture prospects into customers, and manage our CRM like a pro. You'll work in close collaboration with the GTM lead and founders to build the sales engine from the ground up. This is a foundational hire. Own the pipeline, prove the playbook, eventually lead a team. Full-time position. What You'll Do * Own and manage the CRM (HubSpot) end-to-end. Every lead has a status, a next step, and a follow-up date. * Run outbound outreach campaigns to book demos with eCommerce managers and CMOs of Shopify brands. * Nurture existing leads from events, inbound, partnerships, and referrals into booked demos and closed deals. * Work closely with the GTM Lead and founders on the demo-to-close process, and over time take full ownership of the sales cycle. * Build the playbook: outreach sequences, templates, qualification frameworks that scale. * Leverage AI tools and build agentic workflows to automate prospecting, lead scoring, follow-ups, and pipeline management. * Feed frontline insights back to Marketing and Product to sharpen our GTM strategy. What We're Looking For * 1-2 years in B2B eCommerce SaaS, business development, or account management (agency, or digital marketing environment). * Strong CRM skills (HubSpot MUST). You don't just use it, you manage it, Hands-on. * Outbound outreach experience. You know how to write emails that get opened and book meetings with decision-makers. * Excellent English (written and verbal, native-level is a strong advantage) and Hebrew. * Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals: ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, the Shopify/DTC ecosystem. * Experience selling to fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus. * AI-native mindset. You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in your daily work and are excited about building AI-powered agents and automations to scale sales processes. * A builder mentality.
