We are looking for a Finance Controller to join Paragon’s finance team. This role is a key part of the company’s financial operations and reporting function, with broad exposure to core accounting processes, subsidiaries, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting foundations with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, and thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where processes are continuously evolving. Responsibilities: * Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, analysis and consolidation * Prepare annual financial statements and tax reports * Manage and monitor accounting processes across the company and its subsidiaries * Oversee MESH-related transactions * Manage vendor and government payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations * Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests * Support the bookkeeper in all day-to-day aspects to ensure accuracy of financial records * Work closely with the external auditors * Take part in improving and scaling finance processes and controls Requirements: * CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm * 3+ years of post-internship experience in hitech companies, preferably fast-growing startups * Advanced knowledge in ERP Systems
– NetSuite is a strong advantage * Strong knowledge and experience with US-GAAP accounting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent Excel skills * High level of English
– both verbal and writing * Proven self-initiated problem-solving skills * Able to work in a fast-growing environment and meet tight deadlines * Independent, detail oriented, a team player, a great multitasker and be able to think outside of the box
