– Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and securities regulations, including supplementary reports.
– Develop and manage tax reports.
– Liaise with auditors for comprehensive audits and reviews.
– Collaborate closely with accounting, controllers, and various company departments.
– Execute effective financial controls and provide financial oversight of projects.
– Conduct ongoing analytical assessments. Key Responsibilities:
– Guide and mentor accounting managers.
– Maintain responsibility for ISOX controls and continuous monitoring.
– Oversee projects, ensuring all aspects are properly managed and communicated across departments. Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Accounting
– Required.
– CPA License
– Required.
– Master's degree
– Advantage.
– Previous experience in the real estate sector.
– Experience with one of the top 5 accounting firms.
– Full-time position with a willingness to work additional hours as needed.
