Reporting to: CEO Position Overview: Full time position of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager. Be part of a dynamic and high growth team in Tel Aviv. Job Description: * Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments in Hebrew and English. * Prepare and maintain official company documents, letters, and reports. * Organize and support executive meetings, including preparation of materials and minute-taking. * Maintain organized filing and documentation systems. * Assist in arranging team events and gatherings including events sponsored by the company abroad. * Arrange travel, including booking hotels and flights as needed. * Handle various day-to-day office needs and supply arrangements. Important Skills/Requirements: * Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential. * Strong calendar management and scheduling abilities. * Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency * Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving office needs * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Be part of a small and growing team * Daily commute to work from office. * Previous experience in same or similar role in the fields of Law, Finance(PE/VC/Family office), Accounting, Real Estate, or large corporations * Looking for long-term commitment to grow with the company
