Overview We are seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to elevate delivery excellence, operational strategy, and continuous improvement across Product and Engineering. In this role, you will drive predictability, transparency, and organizational efficiency while leading a global TPM team (three in Israel and one in Lisbon). You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape scalable processes, accelerate execution, and ensure teams consistently deliver impactful, high

• Drive Program Strategy and Cross
• Functional Alignment o Lead program strategy, planning, and execution to ensure predictable, high
• quality delivery. o Define and optimize cross
• functional processes that strengthen alignment between Product and Engineering. o Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure clear documentation and knowledge management.
• Lead and Develop the TPM Organization o Manage and mentor a global TPM team, providing clarity, accountability, and professional growth. o Ensure TPMs act as strategic partners to Product, Engineering, and cross
• functional leadership.
• Lead Operational Excellence and Data
• Driven Improvement o Own the operational data strategy, establishing KPIs for delivery health, efficiency, and quality. o Partner with analytics to build dashboards and insights that inform prioritization and strategic decision
• making. o Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance execution velocity and effectiveness.
• Build Enablement, Continuous Improvement, and Organizational Capability o Promote a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and best
• practice sharing across teams. o Lead retrospectives, feedback loops, and tooling improvements, including AI
• driven solutions, to enhance organizational performance. o Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and enablement programs that support adoption of scalable processes and data

• You possess deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and have successfully driven Agile adoption and operational alignment across Product and Engineering.
• You have a proven ability to build and scale operational frameworks, using data
• driven strategies to influence decisions and connect process improvements to business outcomes.
• You are a trusted communicator who builds alignment across stakeholders, inspires teams, drives change, and influences senior leaders with insight, empathy, and data, all while balancing strategic vision with pragmatic execution.
• You are passionate about developing people, coaching TPMs, and fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
