Major Responsibilities * Lead and develop the global customer service organization across multiple regions. * Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations to drive service excellence and team performance. * Oversee the global order-to-delivery process, ensuring efficient order management from order entry through delivery. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders across all regions. * Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Act as an escalation point for key customers and critical service issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Ensure consistent service standards, processes, and best practices across global locations. * Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align customer demand with operational capabilities. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Main Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – required. * 5+ years of experience leading customer service teams, preferably in a global or multi-site environment. * Proven experience managing teams across multiple regions or locations. * Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment – preferred. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
