Elbit Systems is looking for a Program Manager in the Fixed Wing domain, to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa Main Responsibilities Manage production and support programs for an American customer Lead and control all work processes and interfaces across the organization, representing Elbit to the customer (including OEMs, partners, subsidiaries, and end users) Requirements B.Sc. in Engineering — Mandatory; MBA — Advantage At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary projects in Israel, the U.S., or Europe Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment, working with subcontractors and suppliers Experience in business operations and decision-making with suppliers, partners, and subsidiaries — focus on U.S. market Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability Experience and familiarity with production and delivery processes, with strong orientation toward meeting program goals Independent learning ability, analytical thinking, review and lessons learned implementation skills Financial knowledge and orientation toward achieving performance targets Willingness to work non‑standard hours aligned with customer time zones and to travel abroad High‑level English proficiency (written and verbal) Familiarity with Head Systems technologies — Advantage Only relevant applications will be answered #Haifa
