• date bookkeeping records for multiple entities. Record day

• day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and credit card accounts. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management and regulatory purposes. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, including auditors and tax advisors. Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes. What We're Looking For Proven 3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper preferably in an international environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping guidelines. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritise competing demands. Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken). Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative group.
