Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development & Operations Manager | Strategy & Process Optimization located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing and optimizing operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing budgeting processes, and supporting sales activities. Responsibilities also include fostering internal and external communication, enhancing organizational efficiency through process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications * Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and strategic planning * Proficiency in Operations Management, including workflow optimization and project management * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively * Experience in Budgeting and financial management * Knowledge and experience in Sales and business development processes * Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams * Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus
