Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, providing logistic and financial support and reports, managing office equipment and infrastructure, and delivering personal assitance to the CEO. They will also handle office administration duties and ensure smooth operations in the office. Role Description We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant with strong financial skills to join our Tel Aviv HQ. This role combines administrative leadership, financial coordination, and CEO support. You will manage daily office operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure smooth business flow using modern tools like Monday.com. Key Responsibilities: * Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s day-to-day, prioritize tasks, prepare reports, and follow through on strategic initiatives. * Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and supplies. * Financial Coordination: * Track and reconcile expenses and monitor budgets. * Collaborate with external accounting for monthly closings and reporting. * Maintain clear documentation and reporting dashboards. * Project & Operational Support: Coordinate HR tasks (contracts, onboarding), organize company events, and support photo shoots and activations. * Systems Management: Use Monday.com to manage workflows, tasks, and cross-team communication. Qualifications * Experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator with financial responsibility. * Strong financial acumen: budget tracking, expense control, and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must) and Monday.com (or similar project management tools). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently. * Excellent communication in Hebrew & English. * Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods – a plus.
