Responsibilities Our team’s mission is to accelerate the growth of TikTok Shop by empowering affiliates advertisers to drive commerce through creativity, performance, and scale. We work closely with affiliates to help them unlock new revenue opportunities, connect brands with highly engaged audiences, and turn content into measurable sales. From building scalable commercial and operational frameworks to ensuring partners have access to best in class commerce tools, products, and insights, our team combines deep operational expertise with a strong commerce and partner first mindset. As an Affiliate to Shop Partnership Lead, you will work with leading commerce driven affiliates focused on performance marketing and paid user acquisition. You will identify and scale high potential partners, own long term relationships, and drive growth across TikTok Shop and Shop Ads. This role also includes leading the Affiliate to Shop BPM team and building scalable processes and infrastructure to support business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, driving execution, GMV, and sustainable revenue growth across the ecosystem. The role will be located in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Internal Infrastructure
– Build scalable internal processes, operating models, and workflows to support business growth and operational excellence.
– Define clear ownership, KPIs, and ways of working to enable efficient execution and long term scale. Affiliate Business Development & Growth
– Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading affiliate commerce marketers, including TikTok Shop Partners, affiliate advertisers, and creators platforms.
– Build and maintain a high quality pipeline focused on onboarding new advertisers to the Affiliate to Shop model, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets through TikTok Shop. Operational Excellence & Campaign Management
– Develop joint business plans with affiliate partners aligned with clear performance KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, and CAC.
– Provide ongoing performance insights, strategic guidance, and commercial consulting to scale partner activity.
– Lead end to end campaign execution in close collaboration with Client Solutions, ensuring TikTok ad solutions are tailored to affiliate driven advertisers. Cross Functional Leadership & Influence
– Partner with cross functional teams including TikTok Shop, Policy, Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing to remove blockers and improve performance.
– Representing TikTok as a thought leader in affiliate led commerce through pitches, case studies, and industry engagement.
– Bring field insights back into the organization to inform product, tooling, and integration improvements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
– Proven experience in Commerce or Affiliate Performance activity
– Proven experience managing partner relationships, ideally in performance marketing, with strong familiarity with Rev Share, CPA models.
– Proven track record in driving operational excellence through cross-functional project leadership, both internally and externally
– Strong consultative approach with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and align media execution with business objectives.
– Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, eCommerce platforms, and affiliate ecosystems.
– Data-savvy, results-driven mindset with fluency in both English and Hebrew. Preferred Qualifications
– Proven experience with Amazon activity, marketing automation, programmatic buying, or affiliate tracking platforms.
