As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving LiveU’s business success by managing our project portfolio and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will bridge the gap between internal departments and our global customers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Location: Kfar Sava, Israel, hybrid model Responsibilities * Lead the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects, from initial kickoff through final delivery and successful deployment. * Map and improve end-to-end workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in our delivery processes. * Lead internal cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance and organizational efficiency. * Identify KPIs to measure business performance and customer success. * Create executive-level presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers. * Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes. Requirements * 5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably in a global high-tech environment * Proven track record in managing complex, customer-facing implementations and ensuring customer success. * BSc /BA in Industrial Engineering or related field- an advantage * Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis * Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting effectively with high-profile international clients. * Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize

    We are looking for talented candidates to join our innovative team at Amobeez as a User Acquisition Manager and play a key role in expanding our customer base. * Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement advanced user acquisition strategies to drive growth to our business. * Launch and manage 'hands on' digital advertising performance campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively. * Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. * Utilize Excel, Looker Studio and our internal BI systems to extract and analyze data, gaining valuable insights for campaign optimization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative studio, content, and analytics, to define the creative direction for campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. * Conduct multiple A/B tests on various 'creatives' and 'setups' to identify the most effective path and continuously optimize performance. Requirements: * At least 2-3 years of experience in a user acquisition position (Media Buyer / Performance Analyst etc.) in a performance-based company in the the following platforms: Meta, Google Ads , Bing. * Managing campaigns for the US and Global markets. * Experience in launching Google ads performance campaigns with a spend of multi million dollar yearly through targets and KPI’s and with positive ROI. * Experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns with $500k avg. monthly spend. * Using AI tools to generate highly converting text ,video and static ads * Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and motivation to achieve performance goals. * Comfortable with technical aspects of Performance Marketing and its platforms willing to dive deep into the details when necessary * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a can-do approach. * Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English). * Willingness to work outside regular working hours to monitor your campaign and take care of unexpected matters. * Experience in Affiliate marketing and E-commerce is advantage.
