Role and Responsibilities: * Be a key contributor to the development of the company’s brand and look & feel * Take part in our creative strategy, ideate and participate in marketing and brand decisions * Contribute to growth efforts by collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce successful campaigns, using landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, social media ads etc. and analyze their creative performance * Communicating complex concepts through simplified visuals * Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing projects and materials * Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approaches, with the business goals in mind Requirements: * A strong portfolio of brand, web and marketing design projects * Academic background in graphic design / visual communication * 4+ years of experience working within a creative agency / in-house design team * 2+ years of experience working on B2B * An excellent understanding of design systems and hierarchy of design information * Expert at solving problems and meeting deadlines, capable of managing time and managing projects * Experienced in supporting multiple marketing channels at scale * Experienced in creating and optimizing digital marketing assets for lead generation purposes * Strong typography skills and attention to detail * Hands-on experience in Adobe Suite, Figma and AI tools * Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs * A “people person”, a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude About Us: AI21 Labs is pioneering the development of Foundation Models and AI Systems for enterprises, accelerating the adoption of Generative AI in production.     Flytrex is rapidly expanding its drone-powered last-mile delivery services across the U.S., and we’re seeking a talented and versatile Content & Design Creative Manager, to join our Tel Aviv team. This individual will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand presence across all channels, from online and offline to physical and digital assets, encompassing both copy and visuals. As our Content & Design Creative Manager, you will be the guardian and executor of Flytrex’s brand voice and visual identity. The ideal candidate is imaginative and inventive, yet also highly organized and detail-oriented. This hands-on role requires a blend of copywriting, content strategy, design, and visual storytelling skills, including proficiency with tools like Figma. You will create and lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that every campaign, poster, flyer, and post is cohesive, engaging, and uniquely Flytrex. Proficiency in video editing is an advantage. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team based in the heart of Tel Aviv. This position requires on-site attendance at our TLV office. What You’ll Be Doing: * Create and lead the creatives for all brand communications across online and offline channels. * Write and edit high-quality copy for newsletters, marketing campaigns, ads, and social media. * Craft content planning and messaging for multi-channel campaigns. * Create and oversee visual assets using Figma and other design tools. * Edit social media videos by utilizing user-generated content. * Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — from typography to layout to motion graphics. * Lead the design and production of offline marketing materials (e.g., signage, flyers, restaurant kits, door hangers, outdoor activities). * Produce promotional videos with our production partners. * Partner closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver creative that drives results. Requirements: * At least 5+ years of experience in content, creative, or brand marketing roles. * Proven experience in offline and online marketing content and design. Proficient in Figma, capable of managing the full asset production workflow. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. * Strong writing and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting messages that resonate and align with brand tone. Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role. * Able to work autonomously, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate effectively across teams. * Excellent written and visual communication skills in native-level English.
