Key Responsibilities * Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into clear plans and execution. * Act as a thought partner, helping sharpen ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive follow-through. * Own and run the company-wide OKR process, including quarterly planning and executive alignment. * Support the executive leadership team by driving focus, prioritization, and accountability. * Design and manage executive meetings, leadership forums, and planning cycles. * Track progress on key initiatives, surface risks early, and support course correction. * Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and lack a natural owner. * Improve alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. What Success Looks Like * Company priorities are clear, focused, and consistently executed. * OKRs are used as an effective management and decision-making tool. * Leadership meetings are efficient, well-structured, and action-oriented. * Cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time and with impact. * The CEO and leadership team operate with greater focus and clarity as the company scales. Requirements Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in Chief of staff, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or similar roles. * Experience working in scaling companies in technology or SaaS environments. * Proven ability to work closely with senior executives. * Experience owning or running OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to influence across teams without formal authority. * Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
