Responsibilities Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact during the transition. Ensure that all client requests are addressed and fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. Communicate regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project deliverables and timelines. Monitor account performance and provide reports and insights to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling services or enhancing client engagements. Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess clients' needs and provide solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
