You will step into a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, AI, and Business, taking full ownership of our internal roadmap and ensuring our R&D momentum continues without missing a beat. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Roadmap: Own and drive the end

• end development of internal products and AI
• based solutions during the coverage period. Rapid Execution: Step into an active development cycle, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in close collaboration with R&D, data, and design teams. Translate Needs to Tech: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and turn them into clear PRDs and actionable technical specs. AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows and lead the development of internal AI
• powered tools to drive efficiency. Cross
• functional Delivery: Ensure smooth coordination across business, tech, and analytics to ensure adoption and impact. Analyze & Improve: Investigate product performance, perform root cause analysis, and solve problems using data.
