About the Team The Competitive Intelligence team is responsible for analyzing the competitive landscape across the market. The team focuses on understanding how competitor products work, evaluating technical claims, and identifying strengths, gaps, and risks. It works closely with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to provide evidence
• based insights that support product decisions, competitive positioning, and customer conversations. The team’s output includes technical analyses, competitive reports, and materials used across the company to inform strategy and execution. About the Role We seek a highly skilled Technical Competitive Analyst to analyze and evaluate competitors' products. This role includes understanding our competitors' technical landscapes and providing insights that inform Cyera's product roadmap, enhance our competitive positioning, and drive innovation in data security solutions. What You’ll Do Conduct in
• depth technical analysis of competitor products, including architectures, technology stacks, and key features. Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence from field input, customer feedback, analyst reports, and public sources to validate or counter competitor claims. Monitor and track competitors’ product updates, announcements, and strategies. Partner closely with R&D, Product Management, and Sales to identify differentiation opportunities and inform roadmap decisions. Develop technical competitive assets, including deep
• dive reports, battlecards, and technical comparisons, to support all relevant teams across the company. Assist in creating and verifying technical benchmarks to assess Cyera’s products against competitors. Proactively identify future competitors, market disruptors, and technical risks before they become visible in the field. Requirements What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in technical analysis, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or related domains. Strong understanding of cloud security, data protection, and SaaS platforms. Familiarity with data protection, DSPM, DLP, and AI
