Talent Acquisition Specialist As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the owner of your recruitment process, leading it from end to end. This hands-on role requires you to build and implement recruiting strategies from the ground up, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will work independently to source, recruit, keep track and hire exceptional candidates across various functions, playing a key role in shaping the future of our company. What you'll do * End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from strategy, job posting, head-hunting, funnel management, interviewing and hiring. * Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels. * Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to hire top-talent candidates. * Candidate Experience: Build an outstanding hiring process for candidates and be obsessed with every detail in our candidate's journey (including response time, tracking, emails, home tasks, job offer, and feedback). * Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand hiring managers' needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and maintain open and close communication throughout the hiring stages. * Process Improvement: Build and refine recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience. What we’re looking for * On-site availability: Ability to work from our Tel Aviv office (train-accessible) 5 days a week. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within global startup or high-growth environments, with a strong focus on technical hiring. * Sourcing expertise: Strong sourcing skills, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. * English: Fluent English (written and spoken)
