About the job A dynamic startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities: * Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and hire top-notch candidates * Source top-notch talent through internet research (such as LinkedIn, social network and more), networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals * Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. * Screening CV’s and coordinate the hiring process while working closely with hiring managers * Conduct phone technical and F2F HR interviews including scheduling interviews * Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, maintain an excellent candidate experience * Support HR projects defined by the department Requirements: * A Must: at least 2 years of proven experience in sourcing /technical recruiter
– R&D and Analytics roles * Full time job from our TLV offices. * Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook and more) * Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines * A plus
– Prior experience in global recruitment for a variety of roles * Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies * Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew * Strong problem-solving skills, Fast thinking & Result oriented * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
