Key Responsibilities: * Own team KPIs, delivery targets and recruitment outputs * Track performance and drive continuous improvement * Mentor recruiters and elevate team professionalism * Work closely with Account Managers and strategic clients * Oversee recruitment quality and manage the pipeline end-to-end Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment – required * Previous team leadership / management experience – required * Strong business and profitability understanding * Experience working with large clients or government tenders – significant advantage * Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools * Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
