ELTA Systems is looking for a Head of Recruitment Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute the division’s recruitment strategy and annual hiring plan * Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators * Monitor and track recruitment KPIs, ensuring targets are met * Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles * Manage ongoing pipeline, job statuses, and candidate progress * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, security, assessment centers, and hiring managers * Present recruitment data and insights to senior management Requirements * Israeli citizenship – mandatory * Academic degree– mandatory * At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience– mandatory * Proven experience managing a recruitment team– mandatory * Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) – mandatory Nice to Know This role offers the opportunity to lead a recruitment team during a highly dynamic hiring period and an evolving job market, making a real impact on organizational growth.
