What You’ll Do * Drive end‑to‑end delivery across multiple AI‑powered systems * Lead requirements, planning, and coordination between internal teams & subcontractors * Oversee technical execution, integration, timelines, risks, and quality * Manage vendors, ensure alignment, and keep the programme on track * Support go‑live, change management, and successful adoption What You Bring * 7+ years managing software development projects * Strong subcontractor/vendor management experience * Excellent communication & stakeholder‑handling skills * Experience in secure, defence/government environments (advantage) * Bonus: AI/ML exposure, Agile experience, systems integration knowledge
