About The Job We are currently looking for a STOCK CONTROLLER / AFTER CARE SPECIALIST for our store in TEL AVIV. You will be responsible for maintaining stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms. You will manage delivery operations, prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operations. You will also be responsible for addressing and resolving issues with products sold by Retail store. Examine and diagnose client-reported issues and perform repairs on products, equipment, or devices to restore them to proper working condition, ensuring client satisfaction Job responsibilities STOCK CONTROLLER Inventory Management * Guaranteeing an efficient and logical organization of all the storage rooms (products and packaging). * Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing the stocks quickly and precisely. * Guarantee the availability of the appropriate products in the Store to improve its efficiency and maximize the Client experience. * Improve the availability of products interacting with the Supply Chain. * Improve stock KPI’s through different actions working with the store team and HO. * Ensure a daily and optimal Stock counting by creating a precise Counting Calendar * Prepare the shop floor with the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and seamless selling process and the comfort of Client Advisors. Administration * Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc. * Follow the Internal Audit guidelines. AFTER CARE SPECIALIST Product Diagnosis and Repair * Examine and diagnose issues reported by clients regarding malfunctioning or damaged * Perform repairs on products, equipment, or devices to restore them to proper working * Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately. Client Experience And Communication * Communicate with clients to understand the nature of the issue and provide updates on repair progress. * Collaborate with sales associates to address any product or service-related concerns. * Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective repair solutions. Inventory and Parts Management * Maintain an organized inventory of repair parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs. * Order replacement parts as needed, following established procedures and budget guidelines. Quality Assurance and Compliance * Adhere to company and industry standards for repair quality and safety. * Document repair processes and outcomes, maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis. Product Feedback Reporting * Gather and document customer feedback and product issues encountered during repairs. * Communicate product feedback to the appropriate teams for further analysis and improvement initiatives. Profile * At least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment * Fluent in English & Hebrew. Reference LVM30912
