We are looking for an individual with previous experience in the management of manufacturing plants, factories, or research laboratories to perform daily management tasks for a cleanroom laboratory dedicated to the manufacturing of cell, gene, and tissue therapies. You will perform tasks such as laboratory ordering, stocking, maintenance, and calibrations. You will coordinate and direct the work of external advisors, contractors, and suppliers. You will ensure that operations are conducted in a safe and timely manner, according to standard procedures. The Advanced Biotherapy Center (ABC) at Sheba Medical Center is a new, state-of-the art laboratory for developing and manufacturing new cell and gene therapies for patients with serious diseases. • Academic degree in a scientific field Required experience/knowledge:
• Previous experience in a laboratory, factory, or manufacturing plant
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Organized and responsible
• Ability to lift and carry heavy laboratory materials
• Teamwork skills
• Reading and writing skills in Hebrew and English
