Senior Account Manager
– Programmatic A fast-growing online marketing platform is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our Programmatic team. We specialize in creating dedicated ad placements that optimize sales funnels and user engagement, driving transparency and revenue growth for both advertisers and publishers. What You’ll Do * Monitor and analyze performance while leading monetization automation. * Develop new business by recruiting and onboarding partners. * Ensure top-tier client satisfaction and strong relationships. * Conduct A/B testing to refine monetization strategies. * Identify and optimize workflow inefficiencies. * Negotiate commercial terms based on analytical insights. * Drive revenue growth and lead new strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For * 1+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising (required). * Familiarity with RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, DSPs (required). * Experience in Pop, New Tab, Browser Extensions, Redirect, Push Notifications, or Display Monetization (a plus). * Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets. * Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-oriented. * Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. * Fluent/native English speaker (required); additional languages are an advantage.
