CodeValue is seeking an analytical, tech-savvy, and highly organized candidate for a hybrid role that combines Sales & Marketing support with executive assistance to the CEO. This is a diverse and impactful position with direct involvement in operational and business processes across the company. Role Responsibilities: Sales Support & CRM: * Managing and maintaining HubSpot on an ongoing basis. * Building and optimizing workflows and sequences. * Creating dashboards and reports, analyzing data, and generating insights. * Working with complementary tools: Outlook, Zapier, Eventbrite. * Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes. * Providing user support and training to enhance efficiency and process adoption. Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO: * Preparing materials for meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups. * Supporting and coordinating projects end-to-end. * Conducting business/technology research as needed. * Creating presentations, documents, and analytical materials for management. * Cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations. * Tracking strategic tasks, project timelines, and goal completion. * Initiating process improvements through data and automation. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, from the company offices in Herzliya. Requirements: * Up to 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA). * Excellent command of Excel. * Significant advantage: Experience working with and maintaining a CRM system, especially HubSpot. Additional Requirements: * Strong analytical thinking, high level of organization, and ability to multitask. * Tech-oriented mindset and quick learning ability. * High service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
