What’s The Job We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Novidea sales team and sell Docomotion, an advanced document generation solution. This role includes full ownership of the sales cycle, working closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, and collaborating with SDRs, Pre-Sales, and Product teams. What You’ll Do * Own and manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, product demonstrations, trial or POC management, pricing, negotiation, and closing. * Responsible for building and managing strategic partner relationships to drive indirect sales and expand market reach through channel partners. * Work closely with Solution Engineers to deliver Docomotion’s document generation solutions to prospective customers in the most effective and efficient way. * Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using Salesforce. * Continuously develop deep knowledge of the product, the Salesforce ecosystem, and the competitive landscape. What You Bring (experience) * Experience in an SDR/BDR role and 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales. * Experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem and understanding common business use cases. * Experience selling complex, value-based solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. * Demonstrated success in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
