• from opportunity to contract closure Build and expand relationships with defense & government stakeholders Identify and develop strategic business opportunities Lead complex RFI / RFP / RFQ processes Collaborate cross
• functionally with engineering, product & programs Requirements What we’re looking for: A Rockstar!!! Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years) Strong track record of closing large
• scale deals ($10M+) Well
• connected in relevant territories within the defense sector (e.g., Africa, Asia, Europe) Deep understanding of military and defense procurement processes Hands
• on experience with tenders and complex proposals Excellent communication skills
• Hebrew & English (fluent) Additional languages
• advantage Strong relationship
• building & stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel internationally (frequently) Background as a former IDF officer / Israeli MoD
• advantage Technical understanding in EO / RF systems
• significant advantage
