BUYME is hiring for a Sales Development Representative B2B. Role Objective: Working with B2B clients, with a strong focus on stakeholders responsible for employee well-being within organizations, including Welfare Managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers. This is a new, independent, and dynamic role that involves building a pipeline from scratch by actively recruiting small and medium-sized businesses (50-100 employees). The role includes identifying potential clients, working with cold leads, and managing end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively recruit new companies from scratch, including outbound work with cold leads * Identify relevant contacts and lead proactive outreach (phone / email / meetings) * Schedule and conduct sales meetings, primarily remotely * Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, manage negotiations, and close deals * Manage the full sales pipeline: follow-ups, documentation, and data optimization in the CRM * Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success team * Work based on defined sales targets Requirements: Must-Have: * At least 2 years of experience in sales roles such as Sales Manager / SDR / B2B * Ability to lead a sales process end-to-end * High verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with various seniority levels * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs * Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks * Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills * High motivation, personal accountability, and target-driven mindset Advantages: * Experience working with Welfare Managers / HR departments * Experience in B2B sales to small and medium-sized businesses * Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
