We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Sales Data Analyst to join our Sales team in Herzliya. Responsibilities: * Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and shipments data from global distributors. * Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports. * Manage and optimize internal databases (DB Sales, DB Shipments, e.g.) and interactive dashboards. * Design, develop, and automate BI dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent tools) to monitor KPIs, growth trends, forecasts, and sales patterns. * Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decisions. * Cross-functional collaboration to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. * Drive continuous improvement of data collection methods, reporting structures, and analytical tools. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Sales Operations role – must * Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) – must * Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large datasets, ERP/CRM systems. * Solid knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages – an advantage * High attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – must
