Mechanical Engineer
– R&D Department Location:North Israel A global Israeli company, a leader in its field, developing and manufacturing miniature cryogenic cooling systems for infrared applications and advanced scientific instrumentation, serving the defense, space, and research industries. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. This is a central and challenging role, providing the opportunity to contribute to all stages of product development – from concept to serial production. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the conception and development of innovative products Perform mechanical design of electro-mechanical products Conduct simulations, analyses, and validation & verification testing Build prototypes and support the transfer from development to serial production Participate in integrated development and production processes, including supporting production lines, lab adjustments, and assembly areas Work with cross-functional teams while maintaining a system-level perspective throughout the development process Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, production, and development testing Experience with delicate assemblies, production line support, and hands-on involvement Proven experience in full product development, including simulations, analyses, and test planning Understanding of thermodynamics – significant advantage Experience in transferring products from development to serial production – advantage Strong leadership, teamwork, and system-level thinking To Apply: CV+6076@Hrhome.co.il
