abra SAP department is looking for a CRM/ERP Systems Implementer. We are looking for a hands-on ERP/CRM Systems Implementer with at least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM or ERP solutions. In this role, you will be working on SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, as part of a professional team. Full-time position, based in the Sharon area, Israel. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and configure CRM solutions based on business requirements, working with SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud) and SAP CDP * Analyze and map business processes, translating them into effective system solutions * Support end-to-end implementation projects, from analysis through go-live * Work closely with development and technical teams, including API integrations * Use tools such as Postman for testing and validating integrations * Provide ongoing support and optimization for CRM solutions Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience as a CRM or ERP Implementer * Good understanding of business processes and system analysis * Experience working with APIs and tools such as Postman * Basic experience with SQL – an advantage * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
