Innocom, part of the Aman Group, represents and distributes leading technology companies in Israel and is experiencing significant growth. We are looking for a Renewals & Inside Sales Specialist for a key role with full responsibility for contract and vendor agreement renewals, working closely with partners and customers. Role Description * End-to-end ownership of renewals for contracts, licenses, and vendor agreements * Leading commercial negotiations with business partners and customers * Ongoing collaboration with internal and external sales managers * Managing working relationships with international vendors and partners * Tracking, updating, and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems * Working extensively with Excel and managing precise commercial data Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Inside Sales, including handling contracts and agreements * High proficiency in Excel * Experience working with CRM systems * Strong service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills * Negotiation capabilities * High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail * Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and meet tight deadlines under pressure * High-level English – mandatory (ongoing work with international vendors)
